we get a lot.

We already use a booking tool. Why switch?

Most booking tools were built for salons or gyms. They don't understand courts, multi-surface availability, or how players in Vancouver actually search for sport. TapNGame was built specifically for bookable sport surfaces — and puts you inside an app players are already using. Your current tool probably doesn't do that.

We've been burned by software before. What makes this different?

Two things. First, you pay nothing until a booking happens — our incentive is your revenue, not your subscription. Second, we're a founding-partner program: small number of venues, a Vancouver team you can actually reach, a product built with your feedback. If it doesn't work for you, you haven't paid a monthly fee to find that out.

Which sports does TapNGame support?

Any sport played on a bookable surface. Courts, fields, lanes, rinks, pitches, studio space — if it can be reserved, TapNGame handles it. You're not limited to a pre-approved list.

How long does it actually take to get live?

Most venues complete onboarding in a single session and are visible to players within 72 hours. The application takes five minutes. We book the onboarding call within 48 hours of your application.

What does the per-booking fee look like?

We discuss fee structure directly with founding partners — it's a conversation, not a take-it-or-leave-it rate card. Founding partners receive custom terms. Apply and we'll walk you through it on the call.

Can I still take walk-in bookings and phone payments?

Yes. Walk-ins are logged in the same dashboard as online bookings. Every transaction — online or in-person — is tracked, reconciled, and visible in your payment statements.

Do I need to hire someone to manage this?

No. The dashboard is built for operators, not IT teams. You can configure pricing, schedule classes, create discount codes, and pull revenue reports without any technical setup. If you get stuck, call us.

What if I have multiple venues or surfaces?

TapNGame is built for multi-surface operations. Each court, field, or lane is managed independently — availability, pricing, capacity — from a single dashboard. One staff member can manage the whole operation, or you can assign by surface.
