Email hello@tapngame.com and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Include your username, the device you're on (iPhone / Android model), and a short description of the issue. If it's about a specific booking or game, the booking reference or game name helps us look it up faster.

Bookings & payments

How do I cancel a booking? Open the booking from your profile and tap Cancel. The refund follows each venue's posted cancellation policy, which is shown on the booking page before you pay.

Where's my refund? Refunds go back to the original payment method automatically. They typically show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

My QR code didn't scan at the desk. Show your booking reference number instead — it's on the same screen. Venues can look you up by reference.

I was charged but I don't see the booking. Pull to refresh. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the date and approximate amount and we'll sort it out.

Pickup games & communities

How do I leave a game? Open the game and tap Leave. If the host requires advance notice and you leave late, your reliability score may be affected.

Can I host my own game? Yes — tap the + button on the Play tab, choose your sport, set the time and level, and publish. Players can request to join.

How do I report a player or message? Open the chat or profile and tap Report. We review every report and take action on harassment, spam, or no-shows.

Account & privacy

How do I change my password? Go to Settings → Account → Change password.

How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, bookings, posts, and messages. You can also email hello@tapngame.com from your registered address and we'll process the deletion for you. Full details: Account deletion.

What data do you collect? See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and your phone number is never shown to other players.
