  1. STEP 01
    01

Onboard your venue in a guided wizard

The setup wizard walks you from empty account to publishable listing in three phases: venue → courts → launch. It speaks the language of your sport — lifeguard ratios for swim, auto-split for turf, peak-hour vocabulary for tennis — so you're never staring at a blank page.

A live setup checklist (4 required + 2 optional items) tracks completeness, blocks "go live" until everything is set, then submits to our team for review. You see exactly what's left before publishing.

  2. STEP 02
    02

Set up courts, hours and pricing atomically

The atomic court editor saves court basics, operating-hours bands and pricing rules in a single safe transaction. Apply changes to other courts in one click. If a change would break existing reservations, the system warns you before saving — no orphaned bookings.

Peak / off-peak bands, day-of-week overrides, per-hour / per-session / per-game units, included-players defaults, equipment rental (optional or mandatory). Parent / child resources let one court be sold as a full court or two halves.

  3. STEP 03
    03

Run every day from the live calendar

A day-view grid (hour rows × court columns) where every cell tells you the status at a glance: available, booked, blocked, maintenance. Click a slot to block it, set a custom price, or close the day for a stat holiday with one toggle.

Walk-ins, refunds, blocks and QR check-ins all happen here. Staff with the right role see the same screen on their phone. Every change propagates in real time to the player app and every other staff member with the dashboard open.

  4. STEP 04
    04

    Take payments and get paid

Each venue connects its own Stripe account. Players pay at booking, fees are itemised, and Stripe pays you out on its standard schedule. The financials page shows revenue today / MTD / YTD, average order value, payment-method split, and a full payout history.

Refund rules are enforced for you — 50% within 24h for player-initiated cancels, 100% for owner-initiated. Disputed and partial-refunded bookings are excluded from revenue automatically, so your numbers match what actually cleared.

  5. STEP 05
    05

Get bookings from the TapNGame app

TapNGame is already live on the App Store and Google Play. Every approved venue is automatically discoverable in the consumer app — photos, amenities, pricing, real-time availability. Players find you, book a court, and walk in with a QR code your front desk can scan.

Pickup-game traffic compounds the effect: players organise games at your venue through TapNGame, bringing groups of 4-10 who become regulars. Reviews and ratings live in the app — you can respond from the dashboard.

ALSO IN THE BOX

Every operator job — handled.

Customer list

Every player who has ever booked, with total bookings, total spent, first and last visit. Searchable. Your regulars, surfaced from booking data — not from a separate CRM you have to maintain.

Memberships & coupons

Basic membership tiers and percentage / fixed-amount coupons. Apply at checkout or to specific resources. (Recurring-billing memberships and multi-session packages are on the road map.)

Group classes & enrolment

Multi-instance scheduled classes with instructor, day / time, capacity, per-instance cancellation. Staff enrol a player in two clicks; players self-enrol from the app.

Walk-in booking

Staff take walk-in payment and reserve the slot without leaving the calendar. Server-validated pricing — staff can't accidentally undersell a peak court.

Staff roles & activity log

Three roles × twelve granular permissions. Activity log of bookings, refunds, blocks and price changes — accountability without surveillance.

Booking analytics

7 / 30 / 90-day revenue trend, peak-hour bar chart, repeat-booker rate. The numbers you need to know whether last month was actually a good month.
